With a background in electrical engineering from UNC Charlotte and a natural entrepreneurial streak, he's always refining the systems behind the scenes — finding smarter, smoother ways to serve every client. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, and fluent in Chinese, he brings precision and a problem-solver's mindset to everything we do.
Madeline leads the client experience at Highline. A Lehi, Utah native who studied branding at Brigham Young University, she has a passion for design, technology, and — above all — people.
